Delivery Information
We are committed to providing safe and reliable delivery for all tool liquidation pallet orders. Due to the size and weight of these pallets, all deliveries are handled through professional freight carriers to ensure your order arrives securely.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and freight carrier schedules. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking or delivery details.
Freight Delivery
All pallets are shipped using freight trucks. Orders are securely wrapped and placed on standard pallets to prevent movement or damage during transport.
Curbside Delivery
Standard freight service includes curbside delivery only. The driver will unload the pallet at the nearest accessible location to your address. Customers are responsible for moving the pallet from the delivery point to its final location.
Liftgate Service
If your location does not have a forklift or loading dock, a liftgate service may be required to safely lower the pallet from the truck to the ground. Please request this service when placing your order if needed.
Delivery Requirements
Customers should ensure the delivery location can accommodate large freight trucks and provide enough space for unloading. Someone must be available to receive and inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect the pallet upon arrival. If there is visible damage, note it with the driver before signing the delivery receipt and contact us immediately so we can assist with resolving the issue.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the freight carrier may charge additional redelivery or storage fees. Please ensure someone is available at the scheduled delivery time.
