Order Processing

All pallet orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order is prepared and scheduled for pickup, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Because our products are shipped as freight pallets, processing may take slightly longer than standard parcel shipments.


Shipping Methods

Due to the size and weight of our liquidation pallets, orders are shipped using LTL freight carriers. This ensures your pallets arrive safely and securely.

We work with reliable freight companies to deliver pallets to:

  • Residential addresses

  • Commercial addresses

  • Warehouses or job sites

If your location requires liftgate service, please make sure to select that option at checkout.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

Typical delivery times are:

  • East Coast: 2–4 business days

  • Midwest: 3–5 business days

  • West Coast: 4–7 business days

Once your pallet ships, you will receive tracking so you can follow your delivery.


Freight Delivery Requirements

Freight shipments require someone to be present at delivery to inspect and sign for the pallet.

Before signing the delivery receipt, please:

  • Inspect the pallet for visible damage

  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt

  • Take photos if needed

This helps us resolve freight issues quickly if they occur.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Residential vs commercial delivery

  • Liftgate requirements

  • Number of pallets ordered

Ordering multiple pallets often reduces the per-pallet shipping cost.


Residential Deliveries

Residential deliveries are available, but they may require:

  • Liftgate service

  • Delivery appointment scheduling

The freight carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery window.


Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Freight carrier name

  • Tracking number

  • Estimated delivery date

Damaged Shipments

Although rare, freight damage can happen during transit.

If your pallet arrives damaged:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt

  2. Take clear photos of the pallet and packaging

  3. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

We will work quickly with the freight carrier to resolve the issue.
